Mia's classes
epitomize the principles of yin and yang. After completing a Hatha yoga
apprenticeship Mia undertook a further 3 years of study in Dru Yoga.
For a class where you can work deeply into each asana join Mia on Wednesday evenings at 6.00pm. For a more gentle class suitable also for beginners, seniors and pregnant women, join Mia on Sunday mornings at 9.30am for her Dru Yoga class.
