A little about Nathan!

Nathan's background is in the Ashtanga tradition and classes involve synchronizing the breath with a series of postures to build core strength and flexibility.

You will leave the class with improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind to get you through the day ahead.

Nathan tailors his classes to students needs and aspirations so if you are an early bird, join Nathan on Tuesday mornings at 6.00am.
