All about Tania!

Tania's background is in the Hatha yoga tradition and classes are usually quite strong and dynamic with a focus on vinyasa to build strength, fitness and flexibility but also with attention to alignment and breath.  Variations of more challenging poses are offered ensuring that students irrespective of ability will enjoy and benefit from the practice.

"It took me a long time to learn to love yoga - but I sure do now!  I often recount how I would arrive late to class as a student just to miss doing sun salutes but my instructor quickly caught on to what I was up to.  Rather than let me join in with the other students she insisted I do my full set of salutes at the back of the class and with time (a lot of time!) I was a convert.  I LOVE sun salutes now and every other asana that I can and can't do.

Yoga has taught me so much about acceptance.  Understanding and accepting my own limitations and yet realising my potential when I apply dedication and discipline.  My greatest joy from teaching is seeing  my students also realising their own potential in mind and body.
