It will get your heart rate up, teach you some excellent self-defence moves, build muscular strength and improve your flexibility, all to great music. This is a VERY popular class so do arrive early. Students are welcome to use their yoga/martial arts card, or pay casual rate. Read what our current students are saying after just one Fighting Fitness class!

I woke up the next day got out of bed and was like yer not to bad. 5 mins
later my little sister is yelling at me to stop my whimpering. And to man
up. haha. Quads where killing. Abs and shoulders were pretty tight.
I cant wait for the next class!!! Im going to start my sit-up routine
again. And work on my squats as Tania suggested. Bring on this Friday!!

My face is returning to a more normal colour and I have just about got my

great stuff almost died there for a minute to be expected after doing

Thanks for the great class Tania! I really enjoyed it, when I recovered
from dying....You're a tough cookie! Not as sore today as I thought I'd
be and I'm looking forward to next week!
My biceps, shoulders and calves are all still quite tender. The rest of me
is a bit stiff. I reckon I my t-shirt soaked up a litre of precious fluid
which foolishly I replaced with alcohol. Although utterly shagged when I
left I was buzzing all night. Tania did a fantastic job of making us work
(thanks Tania) and the studio is well set up. It was more interesting and
demanding than I expected. Great fun.
Massive thanks to Tania. I am certain I speak for all involved when
I say that we appreciate all the time and effort you're putting into this
to help us all on the self improvement path. Great time had by all, see
you back again next week.
BUT I aint as fit as I thought I was. Gave you 100% see you next week
Hey Tania - just a quick thanks for the class on Fri, it was
brilliant! Really enjoyed it, and looking forward to sorting my balance
and co-ordination out never mind my fitness. I'm serious about getting
fit, feel really good today and full of energy. Here's to next Fri!
Thanks again for Fighting Fitness. I didn't acheive a "burn" on the night,
but right now (saturday evening) all the muscles between my head and my
butt are feeling a rather pleasant sensation that they've been well
used... I guess this means I'll have to work the legs harder next
time. Cheers for squeezing me in at the last minute. So if you are looking for motivation and are serious about wanting to get fit and burn calories then join us Tuesday 7.30pm and/or Friday 6.15pm! |
