Get Fighting Fit!

Fighting Fitness is an intense but empowering cardio work out designed to push you to the max.  This unique class is based around low-impact martial arts and power yoga techniques.

It will get your heart rate up, teach you some excellent self-defence moves, build muscular strength and improve your flexibility, all to great music.

This is a VERY popular class so do arrive early.  Students are welcome to use their yoga/martial arts lesson credits, or pay the casual class rate.
