Trevor Aung Than -  T'ai chi and Ba Gua instructor

The Centre's principal t'ai chi instructor Dan Djurdjevic with Master Chen Yun Ching

T'ai chi chuan (Taijiquan)

Boost your energy levels and reduce your stress levels through 'meditation in motion'.  The
Chen Pan-Ling style of T’ai Chi taught in the Bayswater Martial Arts and Yoga Centre is smooth, controlled and graceful.

It will improve your coordination, strengthen the supporting muscles that stabilise your body during movement and increase your ‘Chi’ (life force).  The Centre is fortunate to have instructors from the
Academy of Traditional Fighting Arts who
have a direct lineage to the founder of this unique style of T’ai Chi.

Our Tai Chi and Chinese Internal Arts Teacher, Shifu (Master Instructor) Dan Djurdjevic recently returned from Taiwan where he received the great honour of becoming Master Chen Yun-Ching's "inner door" student or "Bai Shi".

Becoming an inner door student is an invitation rarely extended in the Chinese martial tradition and acceptance is both an honour and a responsibility, since the "bai shi" must undertake to absorb all the teachings of the master for preservation and dissemination to future generations.

Come and join Dan and his assistant instructor Trevor Aung Than and enjoy learning this ancient Chinese martial art of health and ‘meditation in motion’.

Classes run from 9.30 – 10.30am every Saturday.  Please email info@martialartsandyoga.com  or call 9473 0448 for further information.

Private tuition and small group classes are also available for Ba Gua (also known as Pakua) and Hsing-i.
